I am looking for some recommendation for interesting roads (curvy) in Wisconsin and NW Michigan. I would prefer paved roads. I know about the Rustic Roads program and will include several of those in my plans.

To get to the good stuff in Wisconsin you need to go over to the west side. Look at a map and find Madison (state capital). From there draw a line to Dubuque IA, and another line through Eau Claire. Those will be some of the best in the upper midwest. The county roads are the best with no LEO's followed by the state roads ( at a slower pace ) next. If you make it that far, cross over into upper east Iowa also.

I road the Great River Road from Dubuque to Hudson a few weeks ago. Great scenery and some real fun twisties just north of Bagley, Wi. I'm heading that way again over the July 4th weekend so my brother can experience it on his new GS. Anywhere along the Mississippi is good riding. Chris
