I saw this on a national news broadcast. They said by maritime law, thefinder could keep it. I wonder how in the world someonecould get the title for the bike!

I thought I read that by law they could keep whatever was recovered from the beach as long as they report what they recovered to some agency. I do wonder how much water contaminated the bikes.
