....and hear stories about that incredible Alaska to Atlanta trip! Surely, you have recovered by now... enough to spin a few tales and share a few pics!? PS - one word of caution. When mentioning your trip, please do not say Canadian border crossing!

Jebus Mike do you ever friggin sleep? Me either. Pulling a double at the Hospital. I'm so damned tired I've started offering the nursing staff high colonic's just to stay awake. Coffees good no matter where you put it. Where are those pics anyway....gotta live vicariously though someone. Oh great, a drunk just showed up. How unique at 4:45 in the morning to see one. Once upon a time , when I was a competeive lifter and bodybuilder. A few of my associates would do the "Coffee Enimas"" They reported a boost in energy along with accellerated fat loss. I just went along a little slower with my diet program, figuring that that orcifice"" was a "ONE WAY ONLY" organ. That being"Exit Only" No offense Chris ??
