Good evening, Do you still have this bike for sale? If you do, could I inquire as to why you're trying to sell it? Thanks Keith 770-516-9624

You guys out there that were having ECU update issues, did that ever get staightened out?? I know Ray had some of that going on but hadn't heard to much other people with the problem, but over on the "I" board they had lots of problems that I don't know if they got straightened out or not. Not to say that this bike for sale has any issues or not, I'd jump on that price in an instant except my garage is crammed absolutely full at the moment ! Sophie is an 07 GT and I haven't had any ECU issues or surging or anything. My antenna ring failed, but that was replaced and I've been fine. IMHO, this is a fabulous touring bike and I think that it has a lot to commend itself to the sport bike set. However, my riding interests do not include sport-bike type riding. Good luck selling your bike. --------------------------------- jean

Wildrider, Wow !!!, So I guess all that had the problem have now been taken care of ? And no more issues exist with this model ? I Demo'd the bike and just loved it, but then all the stuff started, and I ellected to keep my '03 GT with all the basic same stuff and more power than I'll ever be able to properly utilise! XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Dear owner, Does this bike for sale have all its issues resolved, if it ever had any?? Or why are you selling it, specially so cheap when these babies are going for north of $20K now ?//... JC --------------------------------- 06 Ducati 620 Multistrada [Rabbit] ;

The only unresolved issues are cosmetic. Scratches on the left side from a parking lot tip over. Quite honestly this is the first bike that I have ever NOT wanted to get rid of. I am still looking for a way that I can keep it... That said: I hit panic mode and listed the bike hoping for a quick sale when the housing market went south and my mortgages went way north. The bike is current on all services and still gets ridden as weather permits. It has had the front brakes (broken sensor wire), and the clutch pack replaced; both under warranty. I have added the BMW factory alarm. The bike has never had BBS and has never run anything but flawless. Extremely stable at High speeds!!! Last summer I had the occasion to travel from central Ohio to Golden, Colorado. Temps were 100+ accross Kansas and the Colorado Plains. I made it from Burlington, CO to Golden, CO in 1 hour 35 Minutes with the last 30 miles in moderately heavy traffic moving under 70 MPH with no issues whatsoever. (Burlington to eastern Aurora in 1:10) Maybe I'l just get a second job...

I truly love my 03' GT and have Demo'd the new GT also! If there is any way possible DON"T LET IT GET AWAY!! You'll be giving a lot away, that will just be a lot more in the future to replace. Hard Times will always pass! Great Bikes are HARD to replace!! I'd buy it if I didn't already have a GT, as My "Buffalo" does so many things right but just maybe 5 mph slower! Keep looking for a way my brother, and good grief just don't give it away! Specially if it never has had any of the new model issues that quite a few of those bikes did ?
