Does anyone know where I can find a lime yellow reflective motorcycle jacket like the ones I see British ‘cycle cops wearing?  Seems like the non ‘cycle cops wear them too, but maybe a slightly different design.  I searched the ‘net, but only found a cheap windbreaker type of imitation.

I'm not sure this is the jacket they wear, but check out Olympia's jacket -- for men and women.  http://www.olympiamotosports.com/airglide/airglide.htm

I think Ray Hull "BUMWA" has one.  Send him a PM and he'll probably respond.

Try Aerostich..probably the best in geotextile riding gear. The color you are describing is called HiViz..

You can get vests and even shirts etc in HiViz at Construction Safety Outlets, also.

I wear a vest over my riding jacket when riding at nightime.

I have the Olympia AST jacket and have to tell you.... I LOVE IT!!!!  I even was in a dealer in South Jersey a couple of weeks ago and was about to buy the AirGlide which is the shorter, spring/summer version.  I also  have Olympia Gloves.  I am throughly happy with their products.  If I didn't buy a nice mesh jacket last year, I  would have bought the airglide.  I'm wearing the jacket on the avitar.  There's also a full picture on my rider page in the pictures for the Polar Bear Ride to Brian's H-D.

Hope this helps.

I thought limes were green!

I have a Joe Rocket Phoenix IV mesh jacket in a bright neon yellow. I love it! It comes with a light water proof -wind proof zip out liner. An optional insulated water proof liner is also available. I wear this along with other layers in even the cold freezing weather. I got no leaks on a recent rainy ride. The pockets are outside the waterproof so paper towels in there get wet.

I don't remember what the model was but a friend I met at the Morton's BMW shop had a Joe Rocket jacket that was neon lime green. I think these bright colors make it easier to be seen as compared the black jackets.

I think that color is called "chartreuse".

Bass and small panfish love that color in a small popper with some feathery wings.

I use the Icon vest over my jacket and it is really well built. They have orange and yellow. Type "reflective icon" on ebay , it will show up. Cheapest option and VERY reflective.

Multi Use!!!  I use the Olympia Nova vest.  Thing is, you can put a vest over anything you wear instead of being limited to one jacket.  It's got lots of reflective patches, ventilation and pockets.

I've got an Aerostich RoadCrafter HiViz suit and I love it.  I've had truck drivers pull up at lights and tell me that they saw me from over a mile away.  All the jackets and suits at www.aerostich.com are available in HiViz -- it's ugly but I'd rather be ugly than dead.
