Thanks for those tidbits.  They are slightly better than www.bored.com where one can actually find virtual bubblewrap to pop. My daughter found that one day while being boredboredbored.

So, E, how's things?
Still bored?

use batting the penguin over
the field of ice.
( thanks Robo, great little game)

So My ice man hit a 317.1-- I didn't
think it was possible to clear the
300 mark, but there you have it.

I'm currently preparing our defense,
Ice guy has reiterated numerous times
that he is not, nor has he in the
past been involved with steroids or
any like hormonal substance engineered
to enhance physical abilities and strength.

We are going public with that statement.
Let the record stand.:)

No Mail Merrill,

Just a good slick spot to slide him on!  I've got a history of sliding long ways on oil or other slick surfaces !! Haven't been able to get much over 200 with a pop-up. But those sliders really get him out there. Two over 300.

So Far,
JCwink

PS; Robo 'bout ruined my computer, when I spewed soda pop while watchin' the "Evo of Dance" !!

C'mon E, how bad can it be?...
Even if your ankle were healthy, what have you got to look forward to? Nothing but straight, flat roads.
You should be used to being bored.laughing

And this fact alone, not counting destroying your beautiful classic project, doesn't make you want them money sucking Insurance creeps to pay you dearly.

They take your policy $$$ and won't give you a break on rates until you challenge them with going else where with your business.

Mean while they screw and cheat and do what ever it takes to make you go away?? Because their client doesn't know how to stay in their own lane and not run over a law abiding motorcycle ???

No wonder there are Lawyers, They are the only ones that can level the playing field. And get you what you deserve!!

You can't ride, and it's not your falt. But they can make it all up to you with their $$$ that they steal from honest people ???

Get what you Deserve, Dang't !!! And nothing less.

Boy!!! I'm done now and I sure feel better!!

How about you "E", what you goin' to do ????????

JCwink

PS: And I'm upset that you beat me with a 350 on the yeti batter-up !!!!!!!!

JC,

What am I going to do? I'm going to Disney World! laughing

I am just going to relax and let my bones heal. There is a time and a place for everything. My main concern at the moment is to get back on the saddle. Things have a way of working outwink

E,

Here's an oldie that I pull out at times like this.  They're my impressions after my first ride after my last bad crash.  My knee cap was smashed and partially grinded away.  Generally messed up.  Still is.  Lots of pain. Still can't load that knee.  Still hurts every minute of every day.

I don't remember if I've posted these pictures here before.  Maybe so.  I won't post the grizzly ones.

My point is that it's important to get back on the bike, probably well before your doctor would approve.

Seek the joy.  Pain be damned.

I'm just saying . . .

You know . . .

Fear's whisper compels.
And pain hears all such night sounds,
While courage sleeps mute.

So early this morning
I mount the GS
for the first time
since the crash.

With the bars
and the throbbing bike
in the open air
I was instantly joyous.
Home again.

Oh the wind
holds such laughter
and the road
such joy
and the passing landscape
opens welcoming arms.

The bike leaps forward
through the air
glad to be free.

The wind's laughter my friends . . .
It's like striking a sudden match
then a candle
lighting a dark-black room
driving back into the room's corners
fear's creeping darkness.

Fear's whisper
joyless, alone, compelling,
flees from the wind
and a throbbing engine,
and soaring through the landscape.
