I think the Autocom 300 will do all that.  I have the 200 and it is great.  You can find some on ebay for a few hundred new.  Depends on if you want to do the install or have the dealer do it.  It is not too complicated, just a lot of wiring to do all you want it to do.  I have not had any experience with the VOICE, but I hear it is good too.  I combine it with my Zumo 550 and I get all the capability I need.  Good luck.

Be aware of on-line shopping for GPS units. I purchased a Garmin Streetpilot 2820 for a “good price”. The unit arrived two weeks later. I discovered the unit was either used or refurbished.  I found this out when I went to register it. I asked the seller repeatedly if the unit was “new” or “refurbished.” I was assured it was new. This unit retails for 999.00 and can be found from 300.00 to 800.00.thinking  Proceed with caution and good luck.

I looked into Autocom, but they do not appear to be wireless.  by that I mean - I do not want wires from my bike to my helmet.

If you do not want wires than I believe you need to hook in a bluetooth, which I have heard has mixed results.  I haven't seen any other wireless capability like this.   I know you mentioned bluetooth in the original posting.  But to clarify you would have to run everything through the bluetooth.

An autocom system will do those things. When I last studied bluetooth a few months ago, there seemed to be wide consensus that it wasn't quite ready for prime time... but probably would be before long. Many people probably don't want to go through their telephone anyway, but with new systems ahead there'll probably be great jumps in this technology before long. Nolan's advertising their system like it's a big jump forward... don't know much about it.
