Weather was beautiful down at NYC but overcast and foggy here. Atmosphere was rather relaxed,

and lazy...

but all great after all of that chaos I left behind...

Then we start to get ready to roaming around...
Bobby_C surrounded by BMW's but still looks happy. I'm sure this guy did something nasty last night... Probably killed his two rivals in their sleep. I mean Bobby_A and Bobby_B.
A very nice Scrambler with all purpose tires will ride the unpaved roads of CT today too.

After an hour of ride we are stopping at "Kent, CT" to get a cup of coffee. This beauty was right in front of us...

Of course we are setting the set for the mandatory photo shoot with Triumph and Jaguar E Type 4.2...

Then R_Grrl leading us pretty interesting places you won't believe you're in CT when you there.

After the bridge, RiderGrrl lead us to a farm nearby. Main purpose was to get some sweet corn to grill that night

Here you go, our lovely house lady at shopping...

And the lazy cat... the owner of the shop. Yeah, no one around besides the cat.

Itchy no? we gotta do something...
Yes...

Rider_Grrl is an artist and she creates a beautiful composition with the material available in hand...
NW CT is beautiful... And the best part is there are thousands of miles of all type of scenic roads around...

And our leader...

Rider_Grrl, DD, and the Jerk. (He's a very nice guy by the way...
Then we are back home, back to relaxed mood, chit chatting, BS'ng...

Having good time, ya'know...

I was in 7 hours jet-lag so couldn't stand no more than couple of hours and went to bed rather early at 10 ish PM. So I missed the apple cider party and the bonfire at the next door. I slept like a baby in one of the rooms prepared for the guests... B&B part of the trip was first class... Highly recommended
Sunday morning I woke up early, and took a ride with Sallydog. Rest of the FF's was sleeping. I rev'd the throttle couple of times, blow my 120dB electric horns... No way... Nobody woke up.

I discovered some 15 miles of dirt/tarmac mixed beautiful route that morning. It was fantastic to ride in the low morning mist, in the high forest.

We rode that route later with the group, but the the mystic atmosphere of the early morning was not there.
Later in the day...

I couldn't get much picture Sunday... here is the greatest picture of the day.
Our full group of Advriders...

then at the lunch break... This is the proof that Hmmnate was there too

It was one of the unforgettable weekends of my mental riding log. We should surely do it again.
Thank you Urban Cowboy for the invitation and thanks to Rider_Grrl for the great hospitality.
