my odometer in my r 1200gs 2004 is reading 9999999, uplugged the battery cable and put it bak on did not solve the problem , also the cable for the instrument cluster and same result , what to do

Personally, I'd replace the battery first. Then if the problem persists, the dealership and their computer may be your next stop. These bikes should come with a "shutdown and re-boot" button. C

i.e trip one and trip 2 are working , only the odometer that is reading 9999999
