So I was reading "thisguy's" (Stephen's) Blog where, in FEB 2007 Pat (Redstreak) said she'd change her Avatar to a nice custom one.  Here it is Oct. 2008 and it still sucks!

Now, a smarter man would make this post after Barber, thus not giving RS the chance to kick my ass, but hey, I'm not...smart.

I couldn't agree more!...
Not about your not being smart, Pat's avatar blows.

Steven ← not going to Barber, and posting from his secret hiding place in, um, Siberia!

Considering I just spent about a minute of my life trying to remove the gnat from my computer screen I think there will be a line to kick your 'tuckus'!

Boys, she's giving us the silent treatment.  Damn, I hate that!

Actually she's elbows-deep in teaching right now.

And of course there's our 18-year-old to continually prod to make an effort to actually get into college.

Yes, but that answer lets the truth get in the way of some fun.

Damn... haven't you guys got better things to do than notice my absence of avatar???

True... been a bit busy.

Getting ready to head out early next week for some really fun riding in the twisties for days before meeting you guys at Barber.  I'll be there sometime Saturday night... however long it takes to ride the 500 miles from Jasper.  Save me a shot of tequila.

OK guys.. how's THIS avatar???

If you boys don't behave, I'll have to discipline you at Barber!!:Whip:

Terry, Damn you!  You beat me to that one.  That Avatar reminds me of Bob and the old forum.  Remember the post about being attack Grannies with purses?  I can't remember it now.  A Monty Python allusion I believe?

Well Pat's new avatar is just fine, but Terry's crawling gnat avatar is a problem.  While we are at it, Charlie's new avatar scares me a bit. clown

She hasn't posted much lately, but if you check her posts on this thread, you'll see that she did update her avatar again.

Lookin' good!

Actually she's been traveling quite a bit, mostly by bike, some by airplane.

The airplane part is the result of our quest to find a college for our graduating daughter, and Pat's need to know about the places into which we're possibly sending our now-adult, little sweetie.

Which is all a great great big joy burger . . . with a side of sadness. The sadness part is that it seems like yesterday that Pat was doing this same task for our daughter's kindergarten options.

Cue the "sunrise . . . sunset . . .quickly flow the years . . ." sound track.

I'm going to go over to the C-drive to surf some kid pictures, and eat a joy burger with a side of sad now  . . .
