ABOUT ME
Greetings, I have been riding for more than 30 years. I have been lucky to have owned several motorcycles over the years and added my dream bike a BMW R1200GS to the stable. I have worked in the medical field for the better part of 15 years. My wife Sara and I live on a farm property in Iowa and have three grown sons Travis and Eric (twins) and Justin. I started out racing motocross as a kid and worked with and around scoots for several years. After I gave up racing moto’s I started racing bicycles and running. The motorcycle bug has always been with me even when I persude other hobbies. This forum and the old one have been very good for me to meet new friends and talk about riding. I hope to meet in person and ride with some of the fine people I have met here. There is always an open invitation to any of you if you pass thru Iowa; e-me. PS, I do a big Hog roast every summer and will post a date.

Look at the bright side. Remember in the movie with Robin Williams "The World According to Garp" the house he was interested in got hit by a plane. He bought the house because what are the chances anything like that will ever happen again?
You will have good Karma for many moons IMHO.

I got my first chance to read 'Civil Disobedience' in school, waiting outside the principals office for some small infraction or such.
I can remember thinking what a poor idea it was to leave that kind of ammunition sitting around for a kid like me to read. Once infected with those thinkings I never looked at the world in the same way again.
