Turkey Run - Noble Woods 10 August 2008
I’ll be riding in a Turkey Run tomorrow. I’ve got a 13 tooth front sprocket fitted to the X Challenge. We’ll see how the big 650 does in the midst of the lighter bikes. What the Hell?! I’ll give it a go! Pictures to come after the ride. It’s been raining quite a lot lately, so it will be a wet ride, for sure. I hope to get some action shots out of it. GS TROPHY!!!!
Wow! BMW has created an event to compare to the Camel Trophy and Dakar Rally….well, maybe not to the scale of Dakay. But still! They will be selecting a few riders for six countries to compete in Tunisia. I have entered with high hopes to be chosen to go to Africa with BMW. I have all of my fingers and toes crossed.
