Hey John,

I'm the foreman at a steel fab shop, so I have unlimited access to steel, with some stainlessteel and aluminum...free! As well as use of all of the shop machinery. What I don't have is time to work out my own designs, as I work 6 days most weeks. That U-joint hitch looks pretty doable if you have the bike side tube fit a reciever on the bike, so it's permanantly affixed to the trailer. The shock-suspension looks like tha part that would require engineering, or trial ...
