03/25/07 - Re: The Need For A "NOAA" Radio !!

My LT has the weather feature buit into it. I am not sure what the broadcast range of the NOAA stations are but the few times I have attempted to use this feature I could not receive any broad casts.

Here is something that you may want to take a look at. They go under any pant and provide the protection.

03/25/07 - Re: Rear seat bag?

There are alot of different possibilities for rear seat bags out there. I would be sure that the bag you get is waterproof.  There is nothing worse then wet gear.

I found out the hard way unexpected downpoor sleeping bag got soaked in a bag that I thought was water resistant (was not) so I went out and bought a rafting bag, now my things do not get wet.

You forgot paranoid. Is every cage driver out to get me or does it just look that way? Some days I look the bike over to make sure someone has not put a Hit Me sticker on it becuse it appers that everyone (well maybe not everyone) is trying to do just that.

Hello everyone,

My name is Rusty and I live in Reno, NV. I have been riding M/C since I was 15 years old lets say well over 36 years. I recently retired from goverment employment and purchesed a new to me 2002 K-1200LT It is nice to have the time to ride almost as much as I want. It is hard to find me in my truck except when the wether will not allow me to ride the bike.

Happy New Year and safe traveling to all!
