ABOUT ME
Recent Beemer convert . Southern boy who enjoys riding the North Georgia Mountains. First Beemer was an R 1150 R which made a nice down payment on my new R 1200 RT . Main hobbies are photography, Songwriting,riding, and helping divorced people recover through group thearapy. Illustrator by trade, musician by default and Christian by the grace of God.

The bmw I'd like to see is a replica of the R 60 with all modern fitments and and under ten grand driveout price. Actually they have one already but it is desquised as a vertical twin with modern GS bodywork. Feels right though and makes a lot of the same song I love and torque is abundant, and on and on and damn I love that bike. I really need to get my business going again so I can have one to ride when my RT is resting. yum yum

I must add my sympathies for the accident and give you cudos for surviving an encounter with a deer. Many have been less lucky. Antlers can be deadly and I suppose I'm not alone in my fear of the pretty little menaces on the highway. I saw two on the side of the road not long ago and the hair stood up on my neck as I cautously passed them by glad they were as far away as they were but not wanting to drive that road at night any time soon.
