I started riding dirt bikes in Eastern Washington in the sixties and racing in the seventies. Have owned several Japanese street bikes and riden almost all brands at one time or another. This is my first BMW, love at first ride. I live in central New Mexico, and work in Albuquerque. I commute one-hundred seventy plus miles round trip to work M-F and dread winters when I must use the car.
