OnIce,

The two things I would check are

1-The output power setting on the CB, if it

is set to hi they will howl, set to low. (9 times

out of 10 this is the problem).

2- check placement of antenna cable I put as

much cable as possible to battery.

Unfortunately CB with Autocom has been a hit

or miss for some, but I have had good luck with

my Midland 75-822.

Can-bus electronics are highly sensitive, so it is

not recommended that you wire directly

to the harness. I recommend using a Cent Tec

fusepanel for your wiring needs.

If you post a picture of your bike I could tell you

if you have the BMW lower seat. The other consideration

does your bike have ESA, Esa equipped bikes sit taller

than Non ESA.
