08/17/08 - F800ST Windshield question
I have an F800ST. When I bought it, it was a store demo and it came with a Ztechnics V-Stream windshield. This is supposed to be a great touring windshield, and it does an impresive job of creating an air pocket around my midsection. But for me, the windshield just isn't quite right. I'm 6'3" tall, and the V-Stream tends to funnel ALL of the wind right into my face.

I as...

UPDATE...UPDATE...UPDATE.....
Today I spoke with Herb at GrassRoots BMW (what a great guy). He seemed genuinely concerned about my problem and he promptly made arrangements for someone from the shop to come out and pick the bike up from my house. I am about 25 miles away, and they showed up around lunch time. They loaded the bike up and it is in the shop now. I called at about 3:30 and they had not diagnosed the probl...
