ABOUT ME
I started riding as a messenger in Manhattan in 1980. I lived in Brooklyn, went to Fordham University and needed money for sex and drugs and rock n roll. So I rode, I rode all over te city and fell in love. I’ve owned alot of motorcycles and ridden ever since. Currently I live in Frederick, MD and ride a black & silver mettalic flake K1200RS. I’m known by some as the “Deer Slayer” having 2 kills under my belt. The first in 1999 on I-70 on a K75S at 80mph. My K75S snapped in half as I was propelled through the deer and landed over 200 feet ahead of the crash. The outcome was 8 days in Shock Trauma, six months in a wheelchair and 72 pins in my right leg and two 16 inch rods in my left. The second was in 2005 on a backroad on my K1200RS at 55mph. I hit the deer, came off the bike watched it slide on its left side, right itself then slide on its right. When I stopped sliding I checked myself got up, ran over on turned off the bike, then walked over to the deer and kicked it. I was vindicated. I rebuilt and repainted the K1200RS and that’s what I ride.

Sorry I didn't put in the time, both were at dusk. Both deer were in full run, the first was a buck, the second was a doe.....Remember we're in rutting season, as Sgt Esterhouse used to say"Let's be careful out there."

Date: October 31, 1999
Road; Left lane of I-70 east of Lisbon, MD
Cause: Friggin' deer at high rate of speed
Damage to Motorcycle: Snapped in half, outcome totaled by insurance
Damage to Rider: Multiple fractures fibia & tibia left leg, multiple fractures and plateau fracture right leg
