ABOUT ME
Retired…full time rider and old bike restorer.
My current primary ride is a R1200GS. I also own a nd ride a 2005 Triumph Thruxton and a 2007 Suzuki DRZ400S.
Current restoration project is a 1971 Sacks Enduro (also of German origin). Completed restoration projects that “live” through out the USA are: R75/5 with sidecar, R75/6 (finished cafe style), R100RS, R100CS plus brand X’s 1971 Yamaha DT1, 1970 Suzuki TS260.
BMW’s I have owned: R100CS, R100RS, R100GS, R75/5, R75/6, R1100S and my current R1200GS
