06/27/07 - 2007 R1200RT surge on front end on Acceleration & Decelerati

It makes no difference what the ESA setting is. It can be firm or soft, single or two up. It is not settling during braking. Could this be drive line lash? Is this typical of this bike, or has anyone else noticed this on their bike?
