ABOUT ME
Ok, this needed updating. In less than 2 years I have now put over 8k on the clock almost exclusively in the mountains of western North Carolina and upstate South Carolina. Lots of twisties. I had never ridden a motorcycle prior to July 2006 and now I don’t want to ever be without one. They are the greatest hobbie/passion that can be found in an inanimate object.

Rob, I'm glad that you have survived the train and the tree incidents. I also hope that you are out of the woods (no pun intended) with the bad luck. The thought that lightning doesn't strike twice is fiction I know, but you have definately had a couple of "different" close calls. Now for some safe and fun filled riding time (I hope).
