I haven't used one on a motorcycle before, but i do have a LOT of experience from mountain biking that may be helpful to you. While biking, I never feel the water sloshing around reagrdless of how agressive I ride (hoping over rocks and logs, going up and down hills in New England). I have a rider/passenger set up from collett, a canadian company that makes systems for snowmobilers and motorcyclist. The system works really well, has voice activation, you can hook up a cell phone and a musical device, and isn't too heavy. The only thing that I don't like about it is all the wires.
