ABOUT ME
I’ve been riding since the age of six, when my father bought me an orange Honda Mini Trail 50, it was the 70’s. Since then, I’ve managed to always own a bike, I only stopped riding briefly when I went to college in Boston, MA, and only during winter.

I rode from Florida to Washington DC on the Auto Train - Amtrak,
basically, you ride with your car/motorcycle in the same train... when
you arrive at your destination, you get down and take your car/bike. I
did it a while ago, I'm not sure if they still have this
service.

Can't wait to start riding... I'm reading cover to cover my
motorcycle magazines as soon as they show up in my mailbox. I can't
ride anytime soon, work, but, this project I'm doing should be
ending by the end of April, Let's stay in touch for some spring
rides.
Good luck Bruce with your move, let
us know when you are close.
Take care,
moto

Hey, I think you are cutting it close... It all depends how many miles a
day you want/can ride, and how long you want to stay at the wedding. My
two cents: If you can do the AutoTrain, maybe you can plan an emergency
ride back, in case your days are running out.
Hope
everything goes well, good luck!

03/11/07 - Re: Your Bike vs Buell, on the Track
Thanks for the link, sounds like a no brainer. I'm not crazy about buell's either, but..... Track day, on somebody else's bike... not bad.
txs,
moto
