ABOUT ME
Enjoying adventure touring two up with my GS1150/Ural rig. My wife rides in the car, and we load up way too much camping gear + go! Did a 4000 mile trip to Newfoundland last year – what a fantastic place. The big GS is comfy enough, we pulled a 651 mile day on the way home. That’s big miles for a sidecar setup in one day. Two up even! Currently I own the BMW sidecar rig, an MZ Country 500, Honda XR350R, and a Honda MT250 Elsinore. Obviously, I enjoy ripping around on the dirt on just about any size machine…..

Currently riding a 2004 GS 1150 Adventure with a Ural sidecar.
It's already been to Newfoundland, we're hoping it will take us many more great places in the future. Room for everything, possibly too much. Still working out some details (custom isn't factory!) but the rig is perfect for two up touring the wilds of the planet.

Just got back from the Xplor event over in Lake George, NY.
WOW!
The new G650 X Challenge is awesome. Super light, great power, great suspension. We rode the 650's for about 120 miles yesterday on every surface tarmac, to dirt road, to rocky doubletrack, to sandy stuff + some really wet muddy stuff. The new 650 ate it all up. I have several years of off road riding experience, and that bike made me feel like a pro! It responded to ...
