The only unresolved issues are cosmetic. Scratches on the left side from a parking lot tip over. Quite honestly this is the first bike that I have ever NOT wanted to get rid of. I am still looking for a way that I can keep it... That said: I hit panic mode and listed the bike hoping for a quick sale when the housing market went south and my mortgages went way north.
The bike is current on all services and still gets ridden as weather permits. ...

I would think in part, it may be due to safety of the M/C rider. Personnally, I give very wide berth to the "campers" in their mobile hotels. People often get these monstrosities and either don't use adequate caution when driving/backing up or don't have the extra training necessary to operate them safely.
