FLORRISANT TO WEST CREEK, COLORADO ON CR-3 (IMPASSIBLE)
My maps show a road called CR-3 from Florrisant, CO that runs north to Westcreek, CO. Yes there was something close to a road there once but now it gradually degrades until it gets to a place where its wrecked by the Trail Creek in several sections. I think if you are on a true dirt bike you could make it across these, several stream crossings, heavy sandy gravel, and steep banks. HIGHLAND RANCH TO CRIPPLE CREEK/VICTOR
Rode the Vstrom down 67 from Sedalia to Woodland park. Gotta be careful as 67 is now a speed trap. Some guy on an FJR was being written up on the way back, a sad day for him. Anyway, 67 was clear, not much sand in most places down to Woodland Park. Then took 24 west to 67 south again to Cripple Creek. In the middle of town there’s a left turn to Victor. Great scenic road, lotsa twists, but a lot of sand too.
